Proden’s rotary dies are manufactured using state-of-the-art laser and waterjet cutting technologies, and CNC steel processing units for unmatched accuracy and consistency.

Made-to-measure dies, including the patented high performance TrimSaver^® and TopMatrix^® systems are created to detailed specifications to meet our client’s specific needs. Available for all diameters, they can be made as full or partial dies and include the latest in ejection materials and cutting rules.

Proden also manufactures dies for rapid mounting systems like Posilock and Serrapid. And, accessories such as NickLock, NickSaver, Jonco Specialty score, Nicking and retail ready packaging (RRP) specialty cutting rules are available as built in or optional features.
